This appartment is very old and adjacent to burial ground. The road from Bellandur lake is horrible and dumped with garbage, you will need an SUV 4x4 to off road during rainy days. Cemetery is very scary at night time while you come from lake road via the Deserted area. Grocery and basic amenities is not available nearby. If you exclude all these drawbacks, it is good and close to IT parks and commercial buildings.
