This is best project to invest. I would say it will be best for end use too. I have been searching near Varthur, Panathur, Sarjapur area since last 2 years. Visited projects like prestige raintree, prestige city, assetz, Birla evra, Abhee and others. I zeroed down to this property. This is perfect luxury segment if you want to consider both quality and design and amenities. Also, the location makes it one of the best suitable project to invest. All IT corridors are nearby like eco world, ecospace, prestige tech park etc. Also, this area is in development stage, 100ft CDP roads already in progress of construction. 2-3 kms to reach Varthur main road or Sarjapur ORR. Floor plans were one of best I have seen in that area. I strongly recommend this project. The sales team and banking professionals tied up with them are very much easy to reach out. They will help and guide in each step with proper information and transparency. While booking my unit, Gajendra Singh Chauhan from Sales team helped a lot. He made sure that process is seamless while booking or agreement process. He was very much transparent while giving info or contacts. Whole Sobha team in each step helped a lot.

However, pricing is on the higher side compared to nearby projects, and traffic congestion in the surrounding areas can be a concern during peak hours. So spacious and elegant. The model apartment looked so good, cannot wait to see the final one. This is going to be such a beautiful home.

The balcony in the show flat is huge. Easily fits a sit out furniture and feels like an extra room.
In 2023, I booked a flat based on the builder’s promise of completion within 2 years. Despite paying 80% of the amount, 50% of the buildings remain incomplete, with no visible progress and no sign of handover even after 3 years. I’ve already incurred approximately ₹40 lakhs in interest payments without possession of the property—this feels like a clear scam.
