Worst experience. The admin team was very rude. Especially this guy called Anjappa.Looking at the he spoke we didn't even feel like staying there. They think they are Shobha or Prestige. The building full of cracks and breaks. Plus other issues as stated by the reviewers here.
If you are investing in this property please don’t. It’s even horrible to stay for rent. It’s better to opt for independent house or standalone buildings.
This property is about lots of excuses, no proper communication between the builder. They keep property registration delay with XYZ reason apart from to pay bribe amount for paper work. SUGGEST DON’T COME FOR THE PROPERTY BUY.
1. CDP road has been passed through the apartment, so in 2031 society may get divided into 2 parts. Internal garden would be destroyed. 2. Entry road shared between marq alpha owners, landowner and tru windchime owner, where delivery guys and guest are not allowed. Very strange. 3. Builder has refused to complete all the amenities as promised earlier. And ran away. 4. Builder used low quality material, you can check cement are coming out now only. 5. Entry gate is not constructing as per promised brochure. 6. Builder is not completing remaining, rera date already crossed long ago, ekhata is not receiving. 7. Except sbi, no other bank is sponsoring loan. 8. Promised of luxury flat, but constructed hostel. 9. Rates are too high now. Area is not developed. 10. At the A T junction, you find traffic from morning to night. This is one of the most packed signal of Bangalore. 11. Road is in worst shape from years. 12. And At entry road towards apartment ,you will find chicken shops.
🚨 People who are coming for Landowners Share of Apartment..Please be aware and ask these two questions which we (Current Owners) are suffering from.🚫❌️ ⛔️1. Ask the Sales guy about the common road between Maarq Alpha and Tru Windchimes. Please be aware ANY FRIENDS OR GUESTS OR FAMILY OF TRU WINDCHIMES RESIDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED THROUGH THAT ROAD ‼️ ⛔️2. Builder and Landowner are constructing parking sheds on the open areas meant for driveway and visitors parking. They are deviating from the RERA sanctioned plan. If such unauthorized acts continue, not sure if one day they will construct Block F and Block G in the open areas.
