Living here since 2 years, no problem faced till now. Society manager as well as people who work here all are very good with their work
Only good point is the location, otherwise nothing good to say about this project.
Very good society to live and easy acces to work place and maintainence staffs are very friendly easy to communicate to them and owners association also respond immediately if anyone getting issues in the society.
Society is very good and aminities are very well maintained and all IT companies are very close by and manger is very responsible person even if we get any issues in the society he will responding to everyone and resolve the issue in any time and some people creating fake IDs and posting wrong information about society.
If you are ever in this society, the must visit house is Everest 903. It's less of a flat and more of an Entertainment Center. The host is super excited to host you at the house, although you'll have to follow his some house rules. The infamous catch phrase of the host - "903 de aacharangal".
Fabulous amenities and great flats. Populated with Bachelor's and Families 50/50. Ideal if you work in the Belandur area. Very accessible and closeby.
