Amazing society. Good amenities and good, accommodating residents
Been living here for last 3 years and absolutely love the upkeep and maintenance of society. Location is great, direct roads to ORR and Sarjapur Road. Amenities are top notch and maintained is best possible condition and are always less crowded given there are only 81 flats in the society. Quite green from inside as well, given the location is right in the middle of tech zones. Could not ask for more!
Living here from last 3 years, finest construction quality, amazing infrastructure. Society tends to celebrate all events and it's delight to live and stay here. Very near to OOR, took only 35 mins to reach whitefield. Easily accessible for HSR, electronic city. Happy to stay here :)
The Central Regency Address is a top notch property in prime location at Bellandur. The landscape is very well planned by the builder. The amenities like large swimming pool, squash court, gym facing pool, mini theatre etc have come out very well. Had booked a flat during their pre-launch period in 2015. While it took a very long time for the property to complete mainly due to covid related delays but the final result is very satisfactory. They have installed super premium fittings like Hafele biometric digital locks for main door, all door hinges are by Hafele, Premium Kohler bathroom fittings, Windows and Balcony sliders are of top quality by Fenesta etc. Not every thing was as per expectation mainly in terms of timelines but their top management have ensured to resolve the teething issues which every property would ideally face after handover. There were some tough discussions and arguments related to few amenities which the management of The Address Makers have fulfilled mostly. This is the reason why we purchased from renowned builder vs. local as we trust that our queries/concerns would be addressed. Thank you to The Address Makers team for taking actions and addressing our concerns. Truly appreciate your support. Those who are reading all the Google reviews, please beware of few individuals/agents with vested interests who are trying to malign The Central Regency Address with fake/incorrect/incomplete reviews.
There is case pending on the property vide OS 8652/2019 in the City Civil Court, Bangalore. Luckily I found out about this before I booked an apartment. The neighbours have put up a board and thats how I came to know. Public kindly beware.
