I had a disappointing experience with this place due to a greedy lease owner. I would not recommend coming here.
I suggest everyone please don't go with this property. Its owner Vashu is a fraud. He will rent you out the flat and later will increase the rent if he gets someone willing to pay higher. If you oppose for rent increment, he will ask you to vacate. Also he never returns deposit on time. He will make you wait for 3 to 4 months before returning refund. Also never returns full deposit. After deducting one month rent, he deducts 2-3 thousand extra citing some reasons. Please don't go here for stay, you will not find peace.
Bahut hi jyada expensive hai ye building ke ghar . One bhk 19000 . It comes with a bed. Washing machine tv and matress. Bathroom me no shawer and you have geiser.
You won't get your deposit back.. completely unprofessional..they call it fully furnished but any issue in the functionality of the appliance is on you...the appliances such as geyser is of 3rd grade ...in 3 months i had to get it repaired twice.. Not worth for your money
