The worst place. The owner even more worse. Security guard changing every week. Rent is too high No power backup at night Owner always talk to you in a rude manner The condition of flat is also not good.the doors can get jammed anytime and you can get stuck in washroom. The locks are in bad condition. The owner wont take responsibility to get them change only you have to pay. The water quality is worsed.
If you want to live in a hell then rent this apartment. The landlord lady is very greedy and will never return your deposit. If you want to have a pain in your as daily because of the rudeness of land lord lady then rent this apartment. I will give a zero star if possible. I have never seen such a greedy and rude owner in my life. There is no permenent gaurds and even gaurds find it difficult to work here. The gaurds will often change and many times there will be no guards. She will not allow to speak or socialise with other tenants also. I have experienced this also. Don't know what kind of mindset is that. If she saw us then she will tell us why didn't you asked me. I mean when she doesn't know how to talk to people who the hell will ask She will ask more on top of deposit while leaving. I suspect on the electricity also. Seems common electricity is been distributed to other mains at times. I saw a big variation in my electricity bill. Be cautious.After 11 there will be no power backup. Rent quoted is very high and the lowest life you will live here. From the first day itself she will start shouting as if she owns you. Better search for some other house.
Very worst owner with rude behavior,fully money minded person. Increases rent without following any agreement terms and conditions if we don't pay what ever they ask they will take out the fuse in power meter they will not give the power We have suffered a lot with a small child in dark room for a month..also cctv available but in very bad usage...they will check both audio vedio 24hrs...there will not be any privacy! we cannot even talk to neighbour's as well ..she will listen everything and asks why you are talking with other tenets??? very worst behavior..I have not seen this type human till now...
Just 2 words for this place: Stay away. The owner of this place will make sure you won’t have a peaceful life here. She’s inconsiderate and too greedy. Don’t expect your deposit to be fairly returned to u. There is no honor of the rent agreement and you will merely be on the whims of the owner. Believe me, this place is not what u are looking for. You deserve better.
If possible i would give 0 star. The owner is extremely rude and greedy. Do not rent this place in any case. You will be kicked out as soon as the agreement ends with one month deposit deducted. Absurd rules. Maids can’t enter building with slipper on. In one year so many guards have left because of the owner. Half the time there was no guard. The owner behaves as if she owns you. Just stay away from this place.
