A great and spacious apartment built in a beautiful location with lakes nearby, and an easy access to the upcoming metro station, flats are great, lifts were old but now are being renovated, lots of amenities including basketball court, tennis court, cricket net, football ground, clubhouse, table tennis room, badminton court and walking track. Parking is not an issue. Very kind friendly and reliable staff and security. Pet friendly, also a childs dream, with 3 different parks around the society.

Best thing about this society is it's location - near the Sarjapur junction. You can hit the signal and go to Sarjapur, HSR or Marathahalli. Society is 15 years old and that reflects in its infrastructure - for ex: lifts have frequent issues. Society is divided into multiple clusters, each one having some amenities. This means you might have to cross the main road to access the swimming pool.
Suncity Apartment is a well-maintained residential community with a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The apartments are spacious, ventilation is good, and the surroundings are clean. Security is reliable, amenities are decent, and the management is responsive. Overall, it’s a nice place to live for families looking for a calm and safe community..
It's full of cats begging for food in the restaurant and pool area. Black mold in the rooms it's not a good hotel to stay at.

One of the best location for IT folks. Walkable location to Marketplaces, schools, hospitals and upcoming metro station. Surrounded by Iblur lake and Bellandur lake on extreme ends. Overall an area of about 15 acres of society with spacious homes and good quality construction. Having its own football field and a huge swimming pool. Surrounded by Greenery and yet at the centre of city life.
