What a well built luxurious property! I am into fitness and I loved that this property offers top-notch facilities like gym, jogging track, sports courts and a swimming pool. Good facilities, great amenities, beautiful garden areas and well designed living spaces. This is definitely a winner!
Edit: During 4 Sept 2022 floods, basement 2 was flooded and house water supply was broken for more than a month. This issue has happened before and even with time, this builder didn't take the time out to resolve it. Builder blindly says 'its flooded you won't receive water for 1 week' and doesn't even care to compensate with water tanker or hotel stays. Better get a property in adarsh palm retreat if you want proximity or away from bellandur, specially don't buy near any lakes. Great newly built society at very close proximity to many tech companies. Not facing water issues like many mentioned, however rents are a bit on the higher side. These are newly constructed buildings, and 4 towers are yet to be built. For you, this means any house you buy/rent will either get traffic noise, or get construction noise for at least 2 years. Society will take time to be fully built, currently it has almost no amneties except a gym with very less equipments. The good looking pool area however makes the society look prime.
I stayed here as a tenant for more than an year. Please don't rent/buy this place as there is shortage of water in the society , we have spent many days without any water in any of the taps . And several weeks without STP water not being supplied to flush tanks The lower basement gets flooded everytime it rains heavily. Not to mention the noise from the outer ring road metro construction + traffic noise + construction noise within the society. No amount of money is worth your mental peace. If you are still willing to invest in this society please go ahead , but make sure u can also afford to stay in nearby Novotel or marriot whenever the water supply is not there in society
This is good property, giving my honest rating Pros: 1)prime location 2) inside appartment work and room space is excellent. It's located in center of city you can travel any office easily Cons: 1) there no much place to you walk , even inside apartment walking also polluted air because of prime location and bridge at entrance 2) you can't leave you children outside appartment easily ORR traffic is in fry of your gate . 3) kavery water is promised but no proper kavery water supply in that area. 4) backside of appartment big open drainage like river is going which not good , again you cannot allow your clean alone front side or backside 5 ) too much extra cost in the name of prime location
If you want a home that's on Marathalli-Sarjapur ORR, where all the Top Tech companies are leasing office spaces in Bangalore and now will soon be connected with Metro rail then Sterling Ascentia must be on your check list.
