We lived here for 2.5 years. While the apartment in itself doesn't have many amenities, the location makes it accessible to those. Peaceful society. Happy stay. Comes with power backup. Didn't face any water/electricity problems during the stay.
worst construction, leakages in most of flats in this apartment. Too much noise pollution. Appearances are deceptive....perfectly true for Srinivasa Diamond...never buy or rent...already rent is very high in this apartment. No amenities at all

Yes, you are right...some other 3bhk flats are already available for sale in srinivasa diamond apartments for 45 lacs....no need to pay such a high price. also does any body know why many people have put their flat for sale in this apartment...It seems there is problem with this apartment...so not worth buying in such problematic apartment... property prices have dipped in this area because too much inventory and new construction 3bhk - 1400 sq ft flats with all ammenities are already available at 48 lacs in Bellandur
The owner is quoting 69 lacs for apartment which is very high. Better apartments in same area are available in 45 lacs. No need to pay such high price for basic apartment with no ammenities. Even loan is not given as there is no Occupancy cerificate
