  • Inspect the parking area and ground floor for rodent activity and general sanitation.
  • Ask the caretaker who is responsible for paying repair costs when plumbing or electricity fails.

I stay in Bangalore ...I decided to move back to my Village with 10 acres of land ...with irrigation water. Unfortunately, the Indian cities are so crowded and water-stressed that we need to pay thrice the current rates down the line after 15 years for the same services we are using now.

Bad apartment. Been only few months here and the list of problems faced is growing continuously. No proper security. Poor lift service Apartment have seepage problems, that too in an excessive amount. Clothes kept ironed in the cupboard will become wet. MDF board furniture will catch fungus. No proper power backup. Sewer rats all over the parking area unsafe for bike and cars. Despite all of this, the rent and maintenance is too high.

to me, i feel more claustrophobic the higher i go. It feels like the world outside is just open and empty space so i can't go out. There are also cons u forgot to mention. If there is some problem like water leakage or etc, its near by floors have to suffer it plus u never own a land of your own. Having a villa and land of your own is the best and would always be better than living in apartment

why there is so much hate about insects and lizards ? they are cleaning your environment and keeping balance. There are multiple ways to keep mosquitos away. Cage living.

High rise apartment’s after 20 years … especially if ur using hard water … pipes inside get damaged … tiles in the bathroom get damaged … styles bcom outdated … maintenance and water charges shoot up… any day .. land and stand alone villa type houses are always better than high rises

Rent is just 50% of your expenses in a gated community - keep this in mind.

Visited a flat, seepage issue all around the place, the owner deducts a month's rent just to repaint & hide those issues. The ground floor feels like a garbage bin and stinks. Electricity back up, is either not there or poorly managed.

Very bad standalone building in rags. Overpriced for the area, plumbing and electricity is for a toss, water supply is very bad and causes skin and hair problems, parking lot and overall maintenance not done at all, Maintainence charge is around 4000 monthly which too much considering nothing is done, everything is from the pocket for repairs, the caretaker is greedy.

Stayed here for 4 years. Standalone Building with 1supply 2/3BHK flats and parking area. Located in a nice and peaceful locality; Exactly opposite to Sai Baba Temple. Flats are very spacious. Good for bachelors. ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, OBC Bank, SBI Bank and Andhra Bank are within 1km. There are also many food joints, gyms, clinics, hospital, supermarkets, ATMs, laundry services, etc. within the same radius. The maintenance charge is too high considering no amenities in the building except for parking area, 24hours water & power supply.

A single building. Good place for bachelors, not so good for families. Construction always all around, so lots of dust and noise. The security is questionable and the building has no amenities except uninterrupted electricity supply over weekend. The maintenance taken for such a small building is Rs 4000, as of 2016 start. That is too much, considering there are no amenities.
