I stayed here for almost one year, and I feel truly lucky to have had such wonderful landlords. Uncle and Aunty were more than just landlords, they treated us like family. They were incredibly kind, generous, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The building was well maintained, peaceful, and felt like home from day one. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their tenants the way they do. Living here was a beautiful experience, and I’m truly grateful for their warmth and support. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 2 years 8 months. Had a very pleasant stay. The apartments are spacious with power backup and two-wheeler parking. Owners are very helpful, attentive and caring. All maintenance-related issues (plumbing, electricity, etc.) are well taken care by them promptly. Parents are welcome to stay. Maid/cook is easily available. No water issues whatsoever even in peak summers. Various internet providers are also available in the area. The location is near to many tech parks making office commute very easy. Bus stop is walkable distance. Area is pretty good with almost all amenities from gym, laundry, restaurants, medical shops, etc. Overall, I had a really good experience and would recommend this place highly.
Overall have found it to be a great stay for me for 2.7 years. Owners are respectful and right minded people. Positives: - Hygiene is well maintained here - daily cleaning etc - You get owners help for most of the routine things - many instances like electricity / cook etc - Parents stays were well treated - Limited Cons: Few indulgences like friends stay overs have to be avoided, no drillings inside.
Worst experience living here. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Owners do not know how to maintain boundaries and they keep interfering you. Not recommended for IT people. You are not allowed to have any guest and extra money will be asked for every small thing. Maid is also not good. They are also bad behaved against north Indians The apartment is infected with cockroaches and rats. If you complain they will tell that its dude to you and ignore your request. For 6 months there was too much noise construction and nothing was informed about it. Inspite of livings close needed to go to office everyday. Do not rent here
We have had a nice stay in the apartment for 2.5 years and had a good time. No problems with water, lights and security. The owners are always helpful and courteous. They have helped in many ways starting from finding maids, cooks and other necessary requirements. I would recommend this place for a peaceful living and settlements too were as per the contract with full transparency.
