I enquired here for 2 BHK rent and someone said that the rent is 49k/month. Damn! This is beyond overrated and it's not even for 20k. Definitely there is a different perspective of everyone but in my opinion you can get a 3 BHK rent within a society with 49k. This is an independent building not a society. The building is too old, exterior is bad, close to the road ( you can't get peace, since I am staying nearby.) In one words: Highly overrated and definitely not worthy. If you want flat then you can find better by doing a little research.
It’s near to all the major tech parks ! 5 mins to ETV , 10 mins to eco space ! And 15 mins to sarjapur ! And 15 mins to Marthahalli as well ! Despite being a standalone apartment they have security cameras and security guard as well !
Best part is location. Very close to ORR, IT PARKS, SCHOOLS, HOSPITAL. All needed amenities available. Overall very good for staying at reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Reasonable place with continuous power supply. It's Location is the best point , it's amidst many IT parks, hospitals, schools, ORR.
This apartment is near to all major IT parks. Walkable distance to ecospace , ecoworld, flipkart etc. There are schools , hospital , supermarkets near to it . To say it’s in a best locality. About water problems mentioned here , not much water issues compared to other areas in Bangalore. If in case water supply is interrupted they manage to arrange for alternative asap. There is power backup, gym, party hall, and security available. overall it was good experience staying there.
