Stayed here for a year and had a good experience overall. The society is well located for people working around Eco Space, ETV, and nearby tech parks. Vijay was our owner, he was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made the stay smooth and hassle-free.
Great society, I just wanted to mention that our owner Vijay is super friendly and chill and we really felt the place as our home. Overall good deal in terms of rent given the amenities in the society and the prime location it offers : )
Roads are a nightmare to reach this place. Completely like a village. Zero space outside the apartment to park your car. Also some court case is going on but still those flats are being made to show for rent. Attaching the notice available in the society
Sonestaa iWoods is a very pleasant and well-maintained community, with a clean swimming pool and friendly tenants. The owner of our flat, Vijay, is a wonderful person—very cooperative, helpful, and never causes any trouble for the flatmates. Overall, a great place to live
Society is located in the Central area with all the required amenities. Near to the most of the IT companies. Lot of supermarkets nearby and easily reachable from the main road.
Is it a resale property.. in this covid times with no sufficient liquid cash, 65 lacs for the 1770 Sq ft flat seem reasonable. Pl respond...
