Worst society where the residents gets bothered with noise 360 degrees 24/7. This should be renamed as Jurassic park.
Well maintained and among the premium Sobha’s built in early days with excellent build quality. You can still see the granite shining. The society does not look old at all. Lots of greenery around, well connected to the main market of GGL, Upcoming Metro Station, ORR and Tech parks around. It’s a pet friendly society. People living there are also very pragmatic and no show off.
A great place to live in. Stayed here for 10 years and loved every moment of it. The friendly neighbourhood is one of the best assets. Flats truly reflect the well respected Sobha quality - interiors are way better than Adarsh apartments, from where we had moved. Sobha takes great care for the small things in their work - and it shows. Complete with a respectable swimming pool and a club house, it's one of the best places to stay in in the Bellandur area.

Vibrant Community, 80% open space, walkable from ORR, broad approach road, close to major IT Hubs and one of the very few Super Luxury Apartments by Sobha in the vicinity.
