Good Society with proper security and checkin system, spacious flats along with swimming pool, play area and garden. Parking facility is there in three layers, basement along with ground and outside parking lot. Overall a decent housing society.
Area is good. Building is clean. Services are on time. Gaurds are friendly. Flats are well designed, ventilated and have sunlight. Only one thing that’s missing is the amenities according to rent. It looks like just a building with gaurds, parking and short jogging path.
Great location on ORR. Green Glen Layout has all amenities - places to eat, supermarket, daily shopping stuff, clinics, bus stops, walking tracks, play arenas, street food hawkers, gyms, etc. All are at a 5-10 minute walking distance from Sobha Mayflower. Society is well maintained. It has a good but relatively small swimming pool, a half basketball court, a cricket pitch covered in net, a gym in the clubhouse, good basement parking, good visitor parking, and a decent sized hall in clubhouse for community functions. Folks running the management committee are very helpful and prompt. Flats are very well airy and get good light, are spacious, and the common places have ample greenery. Cultural, religious, and sports fests are good. Sense of community is great. I am living on rent for last year. Very nice people to live with. Maintenance can be a tad bit better. Common areas can have dustbins which there aren't any. There are sometimes restrictions on entry of some vendors, although for the right reasons but leads to inconveniences. For example, they must deposit tobacco pouches with guards otherwise can't enter. They spit in lift and common areas so that's a good measure but sometimes leads to issues if vendors or delivery people don't want to comply. Night time deliveries must be collected from the gate and vendors aren't allowed inside late in the night. Security is good. Parking can be better lit and some minor dripping leaks can be better fixed. Maintenance costs are at par with other Sobha properties hence the expectations.

Excellent location. 500 meters to outer ring road and Microsoft office. Lot of super markets, banks, restaurants less than 100 meters radius. Well maintained society with swimming pool, basketball court, cricket pitch and clubhouse.
