Very unethical sales practices. They have been calling me non-stop even on weekends with their robot based auto-dial systems. No matter how many phone numbers I have blocked, it just keeps coming. Stop spamming with your sales calls. I will personally never buy a property. Please stop with these practices.
Located off the main road. It's a medium sized apartment complex with amenities and pool. Visitors parking is limited & open area kids play area is small.
Excellent.... I wanted to know which flooring (white big tiles looks like marble but it is not) you used in Sobha Marvella in Belandur... Excellent quality indeed.
Been here since 7 months. Security and facilities are far more than what you pay for. Edit 1: society is divided into 2 building sections namely A and B with 11 floors. Gym, swimming pool, parking lot in basement, lift, app controlled secure entry for guests and vendors, quick response watsapp group, grassy lawns and swings & football space for kids.
