Calling this an apartment itself feels like an insult to actual apartments. Better to call it a “Vatara” because even the most basic facilities are missing. No visitor parking at all, as if guests are not supposed to exist. And the shifting process? That is another level of embarrassment. The truck is not even allowed properly inside. At the main gate, every single item has to be unloaded manually and carried all the way to the house by ourselves like daily wage laborers. No proper loading access, no moving support, nothing. People pay rent expecting at least minimum dignity and convenience, not a struggle session every time someone shifts house or receives large items. The whole setup feels poorly planned and completely inconvenient for residents and visitors alike.

Nice and big apartment with superb amenities. 4BHK and 3BHK apartments are available here for sale and rent. Friendly community that celebrates all festivals.
Quiet and peaceful abode for yourself and family with all the modern facility available. Day light, cross ventilation in all the rooms and huge flat size are some of the highlights of the apartment. A very well kept building and RWA working for the welfare of residents. All the festival are celebrated with active participation of resident's. Highly recommended if looking for buying or renting.
