Absolutely amazing place to live! The location is unbeatable, sitting right in the middle of the Bellandur business district. It is incredibly convenient if you want to stay close to major offices and top-tier schools. The commute is going to become even easier once the Blue Line metro opens by the end of 2026, as the station will be less than a kilometer away. Sobha has truly outdone themselves here—the amenities and build quality offer a genuine five-star living experience!

sobha insignia left a strong impression on us from the very first visit. its strategic location near outer ring road and workplaces is a major convenience for daily commuting. the structural integrity is exceptional proving sobha is delivering again and more. the attention to detail in the interiors is truly remarkable. the proximity to shops other societies schools and hospitals makes living here ideal. there is nothing of this quality in the entire radius offering superior living.
The quality of interiors is truly remarkable. Sobha is renowned for great construction quality, and they didn't disappoint. It is surrounded by premium communities, shops, educational institutes, and healthcare centers. The easy access to Outer Ring Road and nearby offices is a major advantage. Looking for the perfect home was tough until we came across Sobha Insignia. It stands alone because there is nothing of this quality in the entire radius, offering superior living and much more.
Nearto outer ring road very good project
There are PG on both the sides and Shobha could not acquire sufficient land for this property. Still they would quote crores for this apartment. There will be no privacy for this apartment as both the sides will be PG. Even swimming pool people are going to ogle from PG as this is on the rooftop as they do not have sufficient land
