Near crowded road junction. Very very noisy. Apartment amenities are of those 2000 period
Maintenance keep getting higher and higher every year, no aminities, constant honking plus rats and cockroaches as this is right at signal. When i stayed there something was always breaking - pipelines, or parking. They keep painting it to fool tenants and buyers!
Pros: Right opposite the hospital. Good for Bachelors with office on ORR. Cons: Right at the signal - you can hear honking, all day and night. 25+ years old with no amenities.
If you are planning to live here, aren’t you in for a ride! From badly maintained exteriors, swarming mosquitoes, traffic noise, dust, pollution from the nearby road, dirty swimming pool, rats, and poor maintenance- this place has it all. Also, if you need to go out in the morning by car, you have to go around the building via either narrow or jam packed roads, because guess what? The entry to the main road is blocked with barricades and the alternative routes are not easy to travel by - forget reaching anywhere on time.The maintainance amount is large but you will not see the effects - most of it is spent on renovating the old building and its plumbing stuff would be the answer.
This apartment has got awesome ambience. It has a nice swimming pool, trees/ greenery inside the apartment, enough space for jogging and playing outdoor games. It has got large flats and both indoor and outdoor view is Royal. It's just opposite to Iblur Park. Iblur bus stop is the nearest bus stop which is just outside the main gate. Salone, Studio, Grocery, Gym, Medical shop, Wine shop, ATM everything is available in 2 minutes distance. Also, there is a nice society in this Apartment, and they celebrates almost all the festivals here.
