Green Glen is a great society to live in. It has good security, is peaceful, and well maintained. The only downside is that it’s a little expensive, but that’s pretty much everything in Bangalore.
Another of Sobha's projects in Green Glen Layout, with decent landscaping, but breathtaking views. The Bellandur lake, though not 100% clean, looks beautiful in upper floors. It's also next to some vegetation which keeps the place relatively cool (hope the greenery survives the brutal demands of urbanization).
Standard quality that one expects from a Sobha property. I did not notice wheelchair access at the parking area and lifts. Inside the only flat I visited, it was again pretty standard, with good bathroom fittings and general quality of construction. My guess is that the property is over 10 years old, and it has been maintained reasonably well. Neat landscaping, again at just standard level.
Beautiful greens and homes, park fr children, walking path fr elderly. Good location, neighborhood and market area.
The apartments are well maintained. Even though it's not a big compound as such, there is good security. And houses are Beautiful. Rent is also not way too high. No problem for Water supply and electricity. And the society is well equipped with all the contacts like plumbers and carpenters. So things can be fixed quickly. It's located in a calm area so evening walk here is perfect.
