Apartment are full maintained
This Society has serious problem of flies because of the manure plant inside the apartment that doesn’t allow you open the doors or windows for a minute. Also the parking space is way too small to park a 4 wheeler & there is no space for the 2 wheeler parking. Flat construction is good & some flat have lake view but no sunlight in those flats. Average society with a lot of hype. Society needs to solve these basic problems for the residents to stay comfortably.

Great place to live. Well maintained club house with all the amenities. And the lake side view is just amazing
I have stayed in this luxury apartment for more than 6 years. This is one of the premium property in this area in the Sobha cluster. It is a great place for community leaving. The best part is that it is 500 meters away from outer ring road so it offers a calm and quiet stay. Club house is 100 meters walk away and offers all modern facilities. This property is very well managed by owner's associations in terms of security, house keeping, green initiatives etc. Overall a excellent place to stay and raise your family. Cheers
