The only pro about this apartment is that it is nearby to the IT tech park. We had stayed in this apartment for three years solely only for this reason. However there are a lot of cons in this apartment. 1. The agreement is only an eye wash and the owner never sticks to it. Rents were increased randomly breaking the agreement quoting some random market value. This was done thrice.l within a period of 1 and a half year. 2. A lot of hidden charges like geyser cleaning , chimney cleaning apart from house cleaning and painting charges are looted from you which is not mentioned in the agreement when vacating. P.S: Beware of such charges .If such charges are to be taken , make sure it is clearly mentioned in the agreement and the owner also needs to make sure that these are serviced at his own charges yearly while you are residing. 3. A lot of issues with pigeons in this apartment.The owner refused to put pigeon nets as well which if needed have to be borne and installed by you. 4. Water is stopped at night everyday from 11pm -5am though there was an extra 500 added in maintenance due to water shortage. Increasing money for water shortage also needs to ensure 24hrs water supply which is not done . Hence people with babies and elderly people suffer at night. 5. This apartment is quite old (more than 10yrs).Hence , a lot of issues with the water pipes which again needs to be repaired at your own expenses as the owner treats this as wear and tear. Well, the concern is , if you are charging a hefty rent, the owner needs to hand over the house to you in well maintained manner . The owners here only maintain with cheap quality stuffs which wears out within a few days and then put upon the tenants head . A lot of people fall for this apartment just by looking at the locality and the no. Of balconies each flat has .There are much better apartments nearby with a slight difference in rent .
Great community apartments with all required amenities with lots of greenery. Superb connectivity for all around city locations. Good place for people working in nearby office campuses.
Briefly rented an apartment in this society. Thankfully, moved out in ~3 months. Horrible water quality & scarcity of water- water supply is stopped at the night time on a daily basis, to conserve water. Apartment owner kept mum about all these issues/rules while renting out the apartment. There are many bigger/better societies in the same area. Better to stay elsewhere, paying a slight premium.
