Avoid buying/renting a flat in this society especially in series 1,4,5,8 flat of tower 1. You have to get monthly maintenance done by yourself to get decent pressure in higher floors. Not much support from the society committee as well.
Very disappointing experience.The overall service at Surya Homes PG has been consistently poor. Breakfast is rarely provided on time, and when it is, the quantity is insufficient for the number of residents. On multiple occasions, breakfast wasn’t served at all, with staff simply claiming it was “over.” There are frequent water issues, especially in the mornings when residents are trying to get ready for work. Even during maintenance tasks like tank cleaning, residents are not informed in advance, causing serious inconvenience. Complaints are often ignored, and there is no proper resolution or communication from the management. A major concern is the deposit refund process, which takes months and multiple follow-ups — many of my friends received their refunds only after 3 months. To make matters worse, the owner insists on rent being paid only in cash, refusing UPI or online payments, which is highly inconvenient and non-transparent. For the rent they charge, the service is far below expectations. *Definitely not recommended.*
I vacated the PG on January 31st, 2025, and until now, Padam has not returned my advance. Every time he says he will pay me, but he ends up not doing so. I paid a significant advance, and he should return ₹6,000, but he is not even providing the owner's contact number to follow up. He has done the same with my other roommates as well. I have all the necessary proof. I would advise against anyone joining this flat.
Located near bellandur central mall, precisely beside shell petrol bunk. Two towers (blocks), nice community, with a small park for kids, indoor play area, gym , as of now only in tower-1. Sewage water system- water is being recycled here(used in washrooms).PG's also available.
Good place to stay. Its very secure near bus stop and central mall. Rooms are spacious . Cooperative owner and helpers.
Flats are good but the new tower 2 is worst place to live. No power backup, water supply issues, no lift, no basic amenities in good condition. Apart from that it's the worst place to live for bachelors. Secretary has some illogical rules which only he believes are correct. Some of the rules include opposite gender guests can't come to a bachelor's house as they are threat to his security. Well families can call anyone. Delivery people can't come after 10pm and all. Worst place to have a peace of mind. No maintenance.
