A sub-standard PG that is badly maintained. A single old lady has been charged with cleaning all the rooms in the entire building. It's really heartbreaking. When she goes on long leave, there is nobody to clean the place. Food is kept in the garage area. The lids are open and it becomes unhygienic to eat after a while. Vegetables are bought in bulk and are kept in one corner of the floor of the parking area. When mosquitoes swarm the area during the first 4 months of the year, it's inhumane to live here. I killed 40 mosquitoes a night using an electric bat. All my windows and the door was closed, and yet the construction is so poor that the mosquitoes would still roll in from gaps that I couldn't see. The owner has a track record of becoming uncooperative when you give notice. He will raise his voice, will ask you to pay rent for the entire next month even if you leave midway of that month and will also try to not return your deposit.
Silver spring apartments is a PG. They offer 1,2,4 sharing options. Food is nice. Rooms are cleaned everyday. For 2 sharing there are 2 types of rooms, one with attached balcony and other one is without a balcony. Ask them for one with attached balcony as the room is more spacious. Beds are very small and only 5ft 7inch people can sleep comfortably.
One of the best option a guy is looking for in bellandur. Owner is so humble and helpful nature ,never pressurized for rent and all that food is also very well prepared and taste is also good . Highly recommend for bachelor.
One of the family managed pg(no other pg like this in this area), well furnished, good owner n security. Food is average for north Indian pallet
Food is good here. Price is reasonable. Rooms are medium sized but neat and clean. Owners are very friendly. Best suited for people from South india.
