The society has problems 1. No network in any of the flats you have to struggle for calls or otps 2. There is no light in the interior rooms of the flats 3. At times there will be so much noise from the HAL airport 4. The maintenance is very high for the amenities they have and they keep on increasing it
First of all the society charges brokerage and seems the monthly turnover of the society is more than 10 lakhs. The manager provides society receipt and on top of that they charge move in and move out charges. Everyone got dog's but when a tenant come with dog the society charge more money otherwise they are kicked out. Pathetic ventilation and it floods when it rains heavily. Rent the place at your own risk. The manager ask to come via broker even though a person comes via reference. This is the normal game the society play in order to extract money. Even the guards are well trained to make a person come via broker. Shame on this society and its people
Very nice apartments with a beautiful swiming pool, kids playing area, gym and greenary. The maintenance is also good. You can get groceries in the nearby store which is approx 200 meters from this location and a medical shop in 100 meters. The problem with this apartments is no proper mobile network. Sometimes you have to bare the noise from HAL airport testing center.
TENANTS BEWARE - Sewarage Treatment Plant (STP) will be unresolved issue in this community. Extremely smelly and black colored water will pollute all of your comods in bathrooms - making an absolutely unpleasant and an unhealthy experience in all of the bathrooms in all of the flats whatsoever. Apart from the mentioned complaint, all other things are pretty good - decent enough amenities, good people and kids friendly.
Lovely place. Has its own private road where guests can park. The swimming pool is AWESOME! Kids can have fun in the playground and in the lawn. Pigeons visit the terrace in the morning.
