Calm and well maintained
Excellent place to live While the gym needed equipment, the other facilities were good. It feels a very calm place to be and you will feel like you are living in a community. It has a lot of space to walk.
Rohan Jharoka 2 is a badly maintained building where owners charge 60k+ for a semi furnished 2 bhk. Electricity goes off multiple times a week with no intimation, maintenance committee does not bother to inform not take any accountability. There are constant network issues so if there is no electricity you are unable to make a single phone call or work. Quality of apartment is poor considering the rentals and maintenance
One has to see the sky from here.. in the heart of the city we see the sky and the earth.. really beautiful .. really.. something in life which makes Bangalore bearable.
It's been around 8 month that I have been living here... This society is little off-road, I mean it as little cut out from the main road which cause trouble with the accessibility of public transport, but the environment here is really great... It's always peaceful here This society have a club which includes a gym, tt table, snooker table and a squash court. It also have two swimming pools (one for kids and other for adults), large parking spots for your vehicles. As for the security, it's moderate, neither much tight nor loose. Electricity and water are rarely a problem here. I love living here... So for those who are looking for a flat to buy or rent, I will say this society is the place you should go for!
