Would not recommend staying here. The management is poorly run. After dealing with office politics all day, residents often end up facing similar issues within the community. The previous management committee resigned after a major project intended to solve the water supply problems on the 2nd and 3rd floors failed, despite significant time and money being spent on it. The underlying issue remains unresolved. There are frequent power fluctuations, and there appears to be little effort to address them. Some blocks also experience persistent sewage odors, which negatively affects the living environment. Overall, the maintenance, governance, and problem resolution standards have been disappointing.
Society is good but the Management committee people (Anindya) Very rude guy, i saw multiple cases of him banning people from society whatsapp group for raising genuine concerns. Charges fine for everything without any accountability (proper extortion). Very rude
Good peaceful location, security is tight. Flats are quite spacious, balconies are nice. The rent amount is quite overrated as the building is old and not very well maintained.
Good For Family Stays. Security Protection Is There. The Campus Itself Is Nice And There Are Benches to Sit. The Terrace Is Big And Enough For Doing Morning/Evening Walks. You Can Also Listen To Music Sitting There As There Is No Interference. Overall, A Great Apartment for Family Stays.
Very nice and cosy flats, with all the amenities that you could ask for - gym, swimming pool, sports centre, you name it! Plus the security factor is absolute here, and cleanliness is very satisfactory. The only de-merit is the local markets being a tad bit far, but that can be ignored if you have a partner willing to accompany you there!
