The maintenance cost of this society as of 2026 is more than 15k per month for a 3bhk. The amenities are totally not worth it. You get a small gym with one equipment and no air conditioner. Consider any of the 3 other Prestige properties on this road.
Society has very high maintenance. Rents are also more than market standards. Amenities are very basic and not very well maintained. No community vibes at all when we lived here - like many other places where societies celebrate festivals together. There are pg and hostels behind the Society and it's too noisy at times. No security guard for each building. Delivery boys have to park outside the Society and walk all the way to the buildings to deliver. Makes the quick commerce not so quick. Good thing - location location location if you work nearby. Otherwise no reason to pay this hefty rent!
The most pathetic society. Starting from the amenities to the people of the society to the staff, everything is super bad. People are strange and the few people who have been living for long/ are owners, come up with most random rules and feels more like a jail than a normal society. The staff is rude and over worked and always cribbing . The swimming pool is bang in the middle and super weird to use as there would be some guy or the other staring down at you. The gym is like ancient with the worst equipment. There is water shortage and STP water in the washrooms. One advice, don't stay here! Pathetic experience. And let me not start with the rules that have been put in place. 😅
Fabulous place for living with peace of nature. I love this place. There is a huge garden and there is a lot of security and there are like a colony. Here is a gym, swimming pool and many more things.
It's a great apartment with brilliant clubhouse facilities and a very peaceful environment. The only downside is the approach on dodakanahalli road which has been marred by continuous construction work.
I'm residing in the Prestige Silver Apartment with my son and his family for the last two months.This Apartment is built up in a good location, providing all facilities including a clubhouse, meeting hall, gim, swimming pool and a spacious garden covered with lot of greeneryand flowering plants.Apart from that a small children park and a walking track is also there.As this residential apartment is built up about 200 feet away from the road leaving the front yard to an office building named Prestige Trinity it is free from noice and dust pollution caused by vehicle traffic.
