Maintenance is high. Sewage treatment implementation is a failure : bad by prestige group. The Place is remote. transportation and availability of food / hotels is a challenge. It’s adds more to your expenditure if you stay here
Nice gardens and layout. However, for the high rent one gets poor water quality and very dirty flush water with constant threat of UTI. Security guards are few compared to other societies. Very bad condition of common areas and sports amenities mostly blocked by few individuals. Maintainence fee is very high for the facilities compared to dream acres or Rohan Jharoka.
One of the best societies to live in and grow with your family in Bangalore. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and family-friendly, with excellent amenities, greenery, and a safe environment for children and seniors. A great place that truly offers comfort, convenience, and a quality lifestyle.
Very good place to live with surrounding greenery. And many other facility like walking way, cricket courts tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pool, club house, yoga center, martial art center, badminton courts,
Its a resort in the name of society. Great vibes and culture. Greenery and views at night are impeccable. Great pool, gym and clubhouse. The only major negative is that there arent many great places in the vicinity to visit if yiu want to have a good coffee or timeout or evn shop for that matter. Bellandur or Indiranagar are your nearest resorts.
