Incident 2: Yesterday when I was entering there is one security who asked the details then I was waiting for approval, meanwhile I asked the security whether they accepted the request, he doesn’t replied anything, I was kept waiting,he was sitting in the chair like a boss.when I asked why you are not responding for my question then also no reply He was busy with his mobile. When I asked his name, he said you want to complain ok go ahead and showed his Id card to complain,Pathetic experience.just bringing this concern to management to train the security to behave with visitors or Guest or delivery partners.Everyone has self respect which we have to give them. Incident 1: Very worst security service.they don’t know how to behave with the guest. Today I had very bad experience with Mr. Shahrul who is just sitting simply not at all worrying about the visitor.
Maintenance charges are at highest level (for Bellandur area , even higher than Adarsh Palm) and actual property maintenance is at rock bottom. The facility manager is incompetent and unresponsive. Cleanliness of common area is quite bad leading to pest infestation (read cockroaches inside flats) No support or guidance from the elected body and facility manager around usage of electricity points to charge EV vehicles. Basically, if you have an EV , you won’t be able to charge it by any means. The boundary wall of the society is broken for last 2 years and despite the high maintenance charges from residents, the general elected body and builder is not able to solve this. It has led to damage of playable area of children and society has even less area now for children to play. To top all of this there is a 24/7 bad odor coming inside the flats (even on the top floor) from some sewage nearby or perhaps from poor waste water management inside the society.
Excellent community with good schools around. Good place to live/relax after work. Well secured and has great amenities. The club house is best in class, with well maintained Gym, Swimming Pool, Reading room, mini theatre etc.

Excellent community with all amenities. Mini theater is too cool. Has 3 major schools in its vicinity. Close to multiple restaurants and malls. A new super market is now opened just adjacent to this apartment complex. Surrounded by some of the largest and major IT parks.
