Great location & neighborhood. Centrally located, very close to major hospitals like Sakara World Hospital, Columbia Asia, Motherhood, Cloud 9. Walking distance from Central Mall. Highly developed area of Bangalore, which has an abundance of eateries, cafés, pubs & other hangout places, gyms, fitness centres, sports complexes etc. Only issue is that the building does not have power backup so you have to install inverter at your Flat. Community is very good, helping & friendly. Highly recommend.
Decent apartment with reasonably good security. Close to Ballandur and Sarjapur.
