Nice apartment and well maintained at affordable prices. Good location advantage and everything is available in and around.
Nice apartment complex with all the facilities very nearby. Greatest advantage with this place is its just 800 metres away from ring road and in a peaceful residential environment.
One of the best apartments in Bellandur within the Green Glen Layout. People are nice and facilities are wonderful for families and mainly bachelors. Everything is super accessible.
Very good property with amenities like badminton court, children play area, Gym etc. All essential facilities including multi speciality hospitals are easily accessible and the apartment is situated at the prime locality which is close to many big IT tech parks. Ideal for families or bachelors working in IT or related industry. Service facilities, Public transport access/ taxi services etc are very convenient due to the proximity to Outer Ring Road, Eco Space, Eco world and many other tech parks.
Fraud company, Paid full amount in Feb 2019 with a promise to deliver apartment by June 2022, still doesn't have permissions, forget about Construction, and the response from office agent is irritating and he compares with other builders who failed to deliver
No one knows when they will complete the projects which we paid 4 years back.

Parijatha icon prelaunch happened in 2019 and collected all money up front with a promise to deliver in July 2022, till today even not received permissions, and zero ground work, management doesn't respond and give lame excuses and false promises, cheating people with advertisement and false promises
