Maintenance is very poor, no Maintenance of amenities, flood prone area
This society is truly amazing! The flat layouts are wonderful, and the common spaces are fantastic. The houses are well-ventilated, and the spacious balconies are a lovely bonus. The peaceful ambiance is surrounded by lush greenery, making it a serene oasis. What's more, it's strategically located, with Koramangala, Bellandur, and Indiranagar all within a 5-minute reach. Crisis happens in every society but the society come together as a family and stand strong again in no time. Kudos to the association for managing the society so efficiently, all at a reasonable maintenance fee! Just one con: The HAL airport is in very close proximity so the noise of aircraft’s sometimes can be very overwhelming.
Bad management, crisis happens on a daily basis. Management asks for money, that too lakhs of maintenance that is totally avoidable. Nearby apartments charge far less money for maintenance than these people. Multiple court notices served on some people in management for misappropriation of funds
Great location with connectivity to all the major hotspots.Serene environment inside the society,Spacious rooms and well spaced common areas within the campus. Amicable residents is cherry on the cake.. Overall, a great place to live at affordable pricing!
Nice residential area..peaceful n grean....not much away from main road....fantastic look from terrace, landing n lifting off of fighter plans.....
