Fantastic society, right in the middle of the Indias silicon Valley. Well maintained and is generally very peaceful. Easily commutable and reachable from places around like Indiranagar, Koramangala, Sarjapur, Whitefield. Metro is again walkable and so are few other upcoming malls.
Good apartment, well maintained. However lot of noise from the main road reaches in. Also the stench from bellandur lake is quite uncomfortable at times, especially during monsoon. Minimal facilities. Great location and very family and bachelor friendly.
The approach road is not that great but manageable. When inside a very well maintained gated community with the best balcony view. If it were not for the intermittent foul odour from the nearby belandur lake I would have easily given it 5 stars.
If you enter the society, you'd enjoy the spaciousness, the quality and all the amenities, perfectly placed. Just one down point is, the locality. It's right next to bellandur lake, which really can be doubtful situation while planning to buy a home there. If there's any good news about the lake being better in future, this apartment is really a place, anyone would love to be in.
Society is very nice and calm. But Bellandur lake being very dirty and smelly overrules the pros of the society.
