The suncity garbage dump nearby makes an otherwise very good apartment a disappointment. The flats are spacious, airy with good sunlight.
Great experience spoilt by greedy builder who didn't spend a penny on maintenance and transfers all the cost to the tenant.
Beware of getting into rental agreement with the builder. You may never get to meet the real owner, who happens to be the builder, and you will have to inevitably deal with the office admin and a manager, who will shirk away from any genuine maintenance related work that the owner should mandatorily undertake. After having spent 4 years as a tenant, I think I was fleeced of a large chunk of my security deposit. Would recommend anyone getting into a rental agreement with the builder to exercise caution and clarify repayment terms at the outset.
flats are very spacious. Flat Interior are very good. Society Interiors like Park are well maintained.
