Worst society.. All 4/5 star ratings are fake. Its more than 20years old society where the plumbing lines are leaky. It's not a pet friendly society. Neighbours harass pet parents , restricting them to not use elevator. His(GeorgeT- C block, 2nd floor) words "Can you use stairs for dogs? The lift is getting dirty and smelling. It is not recommended and it was in the policy anyway". Save yourself from buying/renting any apartment here.
Stayed here for about 1 year and the society is in shambles with very poor management n maintenance. Avoid renting the place as everyday something breaks and you be perpetually fixing things. Block B and A have snake issue which comes at compound anytime and this has been highlighted multiple times. Was staying at BG02 n owner is rude.
Being educated how people can't understand it's disturbing if you sit outside and talk and laugh lavishly till late night as though staying at one's own farmhouse or outskirts of city ! It's a residential apartment, please remember. Anyone can complain police anytime if there's noise post 10 pm and before 6 am. Oceanus people especially ground floor ones do this at times at late night and disturb opposite apartments. And I wonder why the Oceanus residents tolerate or entertain the same! Just because it's not daily? So what if it's new year or birthday or long weekend, many have had a tiring day and just want to get some peaceful sleep including the construction workers. Why can't we be mindful of it being educated responsible citizens? Please celebrate within your home and quietly keeping in mind you are enjoying by Not troubling others Or choose the right place and time to celebrate🙏
Good place to Live. Very calm environment. Closely located to Bren. Club House life facilities available. Hear coo koo birds sohs around coconut trees. You will really gonna love it.
Excellent place to live. Neighbors are very friendly. Ambiance is great. Greenary is too the point.
