Very calm and beautiful housing complex. Convenient location off main road with ample open spaces.
I have booked a flat here. I was really happy for considering this as my choice. it was a prime location with good amenities. Marketing team here is very helpful. Hemadri and this team were really helpful polite and quite professional. They helped us in every situation and handled the things very smoothly .They have given their best in supporting us and were available throughout the process. Thank you for the help Hemadri sir.
Location- It’s in perfect location especially for people working in Ecospace, Ecoworld or till Cesna Business park. You will get plenty of things just at your door step. Street outside, no need to go too far, everything at your door step literally. Building- Since all flats are 2 bhk and I personally liked the design and vastu. They have actually maintained that which we hardly get to see now a days. On amenity side it’s still under contruction even the parking and other things. All together summing up the rooms are quite cozy and quite decent.
Prime location and premium apartment at a reasonable price. The construction quality is good. The sales team is very knowledgeable. Yes there are some cons but negligible.
