Please do not buy, invest, or rent at Prestige City without thoroughly checking the current situation. We moved in recently, and it has been a very disappointing experience so far. amenities are not fully operational. There are ongoing lift issues, security concerns, and overall poor coordination. The project currently feels extremely unorganized and stressful for residents. Also they have launched new projects currently - which was not intiall plan. The city is going to be overcrowded Strongly suggesting people think twice before purchasing, renting, or taking resale properties here.
It seems considering Prestige as a A grade builder was a big mistake of our lifetime. Sobha and Brigade is far better in service and customer satisfaction. 6-9 months of delay from Prestige. Customer service and satisfaction is 0 or -ve. So many issues in handover. Quality of construction, fitting, materials is very very low. Everyone in who is going through handover identifying multiple issues with scratches on wooden doors, water leakages, no finishing of fittings hollowness around fittings, broken tiles, hollow tiles etc . There is very long list of issues. Thank you Prestige to kill all the excitement we had of moving in new house. Guys if you see this don’t purchase Prestige, better to invest elsewhere.
Dealing with delays and a lack of clear communication from CRM can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you are tracking a major milestone like an Occupancy Certificate (OC) or handover, no proper updates yet, not expecting from builder like prestige.
Feeling sad now, Even people have paid the full settlement amount. CRM and Site Engineer now ignoring the calls from the buyer and not updating on the OC and Handover date. Disappointed how prestige is handling the handover process, People are clueless and giving only template answer
Bangalore builders are bringing a new trend of 11x11 rooms which is a big NO. They would put a kids bed to fool the buyers. Luxury project with small rooms.
- its Rural Bangalore under BMRDA. - Sarjapur and sompur Lake belt area, topographic view says prestige smart city land 12 to 16 meters lower than surrounding area. Refer image blue zone means water area - Anyway thanks to buyer here to help Prestige to build road connecting East gate (Sarjapur Road) and west gate (Ittanguru Road) - same 3BHK price new buyer can get Villa within 3 to 4 km circle here.
