Beautiful place Spacious Green Lake view
Caution advised before renting apartment D602. We rented D602 in Sep 2025 under urgent circumstances. The owner and broker confirmed that the rental agreement would be shared shortly as the owner is travelling and not available, but despite repeated followup, it was never provided. Advance rent and brokerage was collected. After 2 months, we were informed by the society manager (ravi) who is also the care taker of the flat, that the owner is selling the flat and there is someone interested to buy the flat and he would arrange an alternative flat in Flora which did not happen. Eventually, we had to relocate within 6 months. Owner is again looking at renting the flat D602 untill he sells the flat and legal formalities are completed. Future tenants should exercise due diligence before falling into a trap. Mantri flora is a good place to stay. Well maintained and great society. Look for other flats within Mantri Flora.
Mantri Flora used to be good. Now it is becoming problematic. It is on main road and whole night metro construction goes on and there will be drilling noise all the night. You cannot sleep at all. Rents are very high and maintenance comes around 12000 per month. The only good thing is the lake which is maintained by BBMP and not the society. The gym is very average with very old machines. Don’t know why the maintenance is high if there very few amenities.

Great society with good security measures, well maintained place with fantastic natural scenic views. Lake access from the society helps getting regular walks /jogs thats needed. Overall a good place to stay within the hustle bustle of the city traffic.
