Guards are always drunk and act like they are the owners of the building. Do not rent in this society. Especially girls please be careful. And owners even always believe what the guards say. They will start complaining about you after a few months so that you vacate the flat and these guards who act as brokers get their brokerage. Please think before living in this building
It's a nice place, nicely built; but before moving in, it is good to consider the disadvantages of this building. Direct Sunlight can't reach the rooms which must be the major cause for bedbugs and cockroach infestation. Other than bedbugs (and cockroaches which have reduced after pest control in the particular house), I haven't had any other bad experiences here.
