The best part about this place is the people – the society is filled with friendly families who are very welcoming and supportive. There’s a strong sense of community here. All major festivals and events are celebrated together with great enthusiasm, which makes it feel like a big extended family. In terms of location, it’s very convenient. The apartment is close to key places like tech parks, schools, and local markets, which makes daily life much easier. However, one thing to note is that the builder has not been up to the mark. There have been delays in addressing maintenance issues and some construction quality concerns. Thankfully, the residents’ association is active and takes good care of the common areas and overall living experience.
It’s very near to ecospace and ecoworld. The layout of the apartment is just right, with plenty of room to chill. The staff and maintenance team are super helpful, and the whole place is really well kept.
Builder is bad and yes you can't expect the quality and deadlines like a top builder. He never stayed with his promised deadlines. But location wise and society wise its a good one to stay. Sunday market in Carmelaram junction is very near and walkable for vegetables and fruits. Mango Mart is walkable. DMart is just 1.5-2kms away. For people whose office is in Ecoworld, Ecospace, Intel, Embassy Tech Village, Wells Fargo, Flipkart etc this is a very good option to stay.
Please check headers for review. Builder (0/5) - Maarq is one of the worst decision ever. Unreliable builder with no clue on what's going on. They don't take responsibility on anything and everything is below par quality. If you are looking for builder review pls never choose this builder. Society (5/5) - Neighborhood is good. Loving ppl. Celebrate many festival together. They stand with each other's in difficult phases.
The apartment is family friendly as its nearby to tech parks if you are a IT employee. Also its at accessible distance to groceries supermarket, medical shops, eateries, bus and cabs The society is well secured for children and single women.
