Had a great stay at Lakshmi Nilayam for one year. The property is fully furnished, well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable to live in. Bhaskar is an excellent landlord—transparent, responsive, and always ensures everything is taken care of, making the stay completely hassle-free. He also refunded the security deposit immediately without any issues. Highly recommend Lakshmi Nilayam to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free place to stay.
I loved the stay at Lakshmi Nilayam. I rented the 1bhk. House was fully furnished with all essentials. Bhaskar ji, the landlord was very helpful. He lent mattresses when our guests came to visit us, just to help us. He was always reasonable in terms of tenant requests and did his best to help.

Very good and very well maintained houses with very good ventilation. Majority of the amenities are in a very closer radius say malls, tech parks, shops, super markets and so on. The owner is a very professional, adjustable and straight forward guy and he will maintain the personal touch beyond you being a tenant. He will ensure your concerns (if any) during your stay are addressed swiftly where you feel the comfortness for which you are paying monthly. I highly recommend people to opt for this facility if you are looking out for rented houses in this locality mainly for 1. Comfort ( includes the security aspect as well) 2. Amenities in a very shorter radius 3. Tech parks nearby 4. No disturbance from the owner throughout your stay😊 5. All are recorded bill systems 6. No harm to your security deposit and will be settled as per agreement on time On top of all these I personally felt the positive vibes in the house throughout my stay and all the tenants here are very decent, friendly and well connected as a family.
