They have some good things now in Lakeland I’m revisiting. I was a past Lakeland home owner to see frends
AVOID this standalone apartment, it is a disaster. Excessive Maintenance Fees: The monthly maintenance charges (₹6k–12k) are higher than those in many nearby posh societies. This money seems only to enrich a greedy, unresponsive manager who ignores all tenant grievances. Non-existent Security: Security is a joke. The guard is mostly absent, allowing unauthorized access to the premises with zero checks. Severe Flooding & Health Hazard: Even moderate rain causes the apartment to flood with sewage water. The foul smell permeates the building and reaches the rooms, leading to widespread mosquito breeding. Negligent Management: The Owners' Association has shown complete indifference, refusing to address the issues or replace the ineffective manager. This situation has already caused many residents to vacate their flats.

The property maybe nice. The seller Mr Satyamoorthy of No. 2B, in the Second Floor is not at all dependable. Please beware of this seller. He cancels deals any moment, unprofessionally. His behavior is horrible and wants to dictate his terms for signing the deed. He is ready to employ all unfair means to sell the property.
