It's livable. Rooms are big. No facilities like a garden, swimming pool etc. It's on the main road. So easy connection to bus etc
It's a congested place. There is no sunlight inside the apartment.. ventilation issue.. lots of traffic noise..polluted atmosphere coz of main road.. The only thing is it's near to several IT parks.. can get a cab and bus at any time. Metro is also coming.. I faced lots of cockroach issues..whatever you do, they won't go away because of sunlight problems..yes ..you won't need AC and all..its pretty cool during summer..
Less ventilation in flats, gets very hot during night.. no playground, water problems, no separate meter for each flat..
Looks a very old and compact apartment, you feel safocated inside the apartment, children play area is there but it looks very old and outdated, apartment corridor looks like college hostel, no other amenities, gym is there but most of the things are non functional, only best this about this apartment is, it's only super prime.location, from inside apartment looks like 30+ yr old.
Kristal Jade Apartment is situated in Bellandur, next to Shell Petrol Bunk in outer ring road service road. Connectivity of this place good to catch bus or to navigate any cab to your place.
