A residential complex in the north of Bangalore City. The society flats of different accommodation are available for rent also. The parking area is available for residents only.
I had the opportunity to see the projects of Kristal Group recently and when you compare the cost and the amenities they give, it is most appropriate to invest with Kristal. They are trustworthy and overcome the problems faced during recession. Most of their projects are on time or before time. One thing for sure, the clients get the best treatment from the staff and we have the access to the top most management staff at any point of time.
Prime location. Easy access and commute available. Apartments have basement parking, gym and TT table. Power backup is available for common area. For flats most people have installed inverter. Ground floor flats have small private garden. Security is present 24×7
Visited a friends house here, society is good, fully secured by walls and fences, security allowed me in after authenticating, villa's are constructed very close to each other, children's play area is good and many kids use it, driving road is just enough for 2 cars to pass, only a few visitors parking space is available. Noticeable from the main road and its on a prime location are its advantages.
Good apartment. Rent is bit in the upper side. Near to most of the IT park in Bellendur such as ecospace, ecoworld, Intel, global IT park. Even Sarjapur road is also near. Central mall, PVR , more supermarket etc. Many hospitals are also near by. Its a centrally located building with good road and connectivity.
