Its a trap, do not fall into this scam.. Lot of hidden charges, they even charge you if their dustbin is not opening smoothly at the time of getting offboarding. Very unprofessional people to deal with.. Boycott such scammers

Good place to rent. Rooms are high quality. Service is good. Amenities are common for all flats. Fully furnished. WiFi is also provided by them.

If i had an option of giving negative would have given for sure They will charge u for all cracks which would have happened eventually over the years of usage and even rust as if we are sitting and making the iron rust inside the house. So just be sure there is a lot they would claim as damages from yr deposit while exiting

We have stayed here in Studio apartment and 1bhk. Grate experience. Neat clean building. Caretaker and management is good.

So relatable, bro, once upon a time, we were been kicked just because some guest have been visited to the house for some days and they just kicked us out😂

Absolutely horrible checkout process! Whilst checking in I noticed that the balcony door wasn't closing in all the way so I let the caretaker know about this and he clearly told me that it was like that and nothing could be done about that. When checking out they charge me ₹3000 for fixing something that was already broken! When I asked the property manager to check it he was extremely callous about this and didn't take any action about this. Moreover their contact says that the deposit would be returned within 15 business days from the day of contract termination. I had to follow up multiple times for getting my deposit back post the 15 days. Horrible experience, if you are staying on A507 beware of the rattling doors and that balcony door. Coming to the facilities, they claim 24x7 hot water, that's purely bogus. You barely get any hot water for most parts of the day. And guess what, raising a ticket about this doesn't help at all! The washing machines are dirty and always filled with lint, and some folks don't even have the common courtesy to let your load finish washing. This happened to me on multiple occasions, I had put my clothes in for washing and the machine randomly just shuts off or shows an error. On top of this people just take out your clothes if the machine just stops cause of an error. I informed this to the management and they didn't even address this concern. I was told they couldn't check the CCTV footage. So I asked for the next best thing, send out a mailer informing residents to practice some common etiquettes whilst using the common laundry room. But guess what, they didn't do squat. Finally, the day before my checkout day, I had cleared out the house and informed the caretaker that my router is still in the house and the recovery team will take every thing out before the end of the checkout day. When the recovery team arrived and enquired about the router, the property management team just raised their hands claiming that the router might have been misplaced during cleaning. If you are unfortunate and you happen to have booked flat A507, all I can say is good luck and hope they don't scam you out of your deposit.

U get to hear noo for many things because if anything bad happens it's the owner who faces , any legal charges not the renters at least they are very clear If you go abroad and don't even find any space in the city u have to search a lot. If they say the same rules Indians think it's safe and safe but the same thing happens in india people have problems

It's very confusing, it's say 1BHK 25800/month on website but when you click it's just studio apartment

Was waiting for two months to give the review. It has been smooth and calm living here. And the caretaker Raju makes life so easy here for me. They provide services for the price they charge. The best part is the terrace and the dryers!

Is boat included in rent if lake floods 😂
