Decent society. Gym is barely functional and I haven't seen many using the swimming pool. Lifts are the worst here.
Stay away from Ramachandra Reddy. If you are looking for a falt and then come across this person definitely DO NOT proceed. He will take hefty deposit, will give the house unpainted, uncleaned, won't repair or maintain anything. And the. When you vacate he will not return one penny from your deposit. He has 90,000 rupees of ours. He has multiple flats in that society and all of them do not have any tennants. As far as other things are concerned, people keep fighting amongst themselves on the whatsapp group. Overall society maintenance is poor.
Nice and calm place with very specious flats but they have electricity issues and you have to face traffic jam right in front of the gate everyday.

Decent Apartment, Houses are well built, pretty interior to the main Road though and rents are quite expensive. Has very few amenities compared to other apartments. One block is given to bachelor's in majority.
