Before you rent, check
- ☐Confirm which block the flat is in and verify independently that it has a valid Occupancy Certificate and A-Khata status.
- ☐Ask the management directly whether bachelors are permitted, as this is a reported blanket restriction.
- ☐Inspect the gym and pool in person to assess actual maintenance condition before signing.
- ☐Ask current residents about the association's responsiveness and day-to-day management style.
- ☐Check with your bank whether they will approve a home loan for the specific flat and block you are considering.

Very disappointing society. Despite the high maintenance charges, the facilities are poorly maintained. The gym has been neglected for years, and the management and association staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The environment is also uncomfortable, especially with groups of men sitting near the swimming pool who often stare at residents. On top of that, the people living here are not very welcoming or friendly. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
Totally agree with Prakul Jindal. Bala's iconic photoshoot is my wallpaper
***Important legal issue – please verify before buying*** I strongly recommend anyone considering a resale flat in Kumar Urbana iLife Apartments to do thorough legal due diligence before finalizing any deal. Out of the four blocks (A, B, C, and D), Block D has still not received the Occupancy Certificate (OC). Current owners are trying to obtain e-Khata for individual flats, but the chances are quite slim. Even if it happens, it is likely to be treated only as a B-Khata to e-Khata conversion, not a clear A-Khata. Without OC, resale becomes legally risky, and I am not sure which bank would even approve a home loan for such a property. This can create complications during purchase, loan processing, and future resale. Strongly advise all buyers to consult a good lawyer and verify OC, Khata status, and bank loan eligibility before finalizing any deal.
Hello I heard there is issue in getting oc for D block here. Whats status of land for D block? Is it A khata? Can we convert apartment in D block from B khata to A khata? Any reply will be helpful please.
