I lived in Hatha for a year in 2025 on the first floor, B Block. Surekha and her husband were my landlord in a 2.5bhk which they sold as a 3bhk and took 3 lakhs of advance deposit from us while only returning half of it when we vacated. She is extremely impolite, cunning and makes money by exploiting and cheating youngsters. Please maintain distance from these heartless people as this was extremely brutal experience for us, mentally and financially.
The landlord Hithendra Kumar here is a cheater, as he actually owns half of the building he thinks he can charge anything for the labour, charged 5000 for a fan installation. And just said I can charge anything. Had also asked us to empty the flat for no reason as he wanted to increase the rent. Things don’t work properly in this society, maintenance charge is never justified, pool doesn’t work half the time, sound of construction all over. Pathetic experience over the last year. Didn’t had any choice then
lot of unnecessary noise either from tile cutting etc or from bachelors residing. No aesthetic sense kept in mind while construction. Rooms are too congested. Editing again on Aug 1, 2024 : The construction work is still not complete and there is no ethics of work. Drilling and cutting has started from 7 AM onwards. And the builder talks all rosy things on the internet.
Nice location, but poor archtecture. There is no aesthetic sense. The way it is crafted, in future it will block sunlight from the adjacent land. Also unstructured commercial activites cause lot of noise and disturbance. Price is very high and do no justify quality and plan. Location is great.
